Your first step to selling is getting a free property valuation. Get a quick, estimated instant valuation, organise a socially distanced valuation where you show us around using your smartphone or tablet, or arrange for a home visit for a more in-depth appraisal. We will happily explain the differences between the three methods to enable you to decide which will suit you best.
Step 2
We will talk you through how we can market your property and agree on a plan. This includes everything from producing property particulars, coordinating floor plans and the EPC, to a virtual tour and photography, carried out by a local professional.
Step 3
We’ll provide a sneak peek, exclusive view of the outside of your property on social media to build up interest. After the build up, a video or virtual tour taken inside the property can be posted.
Step 4
Your property will be marketed to our extensive database, uploaded to our website as well as major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and OnTheMarket. Alongside these, your property will also be posted on our social media platforms.
Step 5
Now you are ready for viewings, which are all strictly by appointment. Whether you would like one of our team to accompany the viewing, or prefer to show someone around yourself, we are here to offer guidance.

We will negotiate the best offer from the best buyer. We make sure they are financially qualified and are ready to progress. If they are not we can point them in the right direction to speak to a financial advisor.
Step 7
To get your sale over the line we can recommend conveyancers or financial advisors with whom we work very closely and will proactively ensure your sale moves forward. Just let us know if you would like our recommendations.
Step 8
To ensure your sale advances smoothly, we have a dedicated member of our team who will progress the sale. When contracts are exchanged it will be time to pack up all of your belongings in readiness for completion. Once funds have been transferred it will be time to celebrate.
